Shipping and Returns
Shipping Times
Through many years of experience, International Silver is able to ship orders to customers anywhere in the world. Once an order is placed and the payment is completed, it is packed within 2-5 business days. When ground shipping is used, it takes an additional 3-5 business days to receive the package. When an order is received after 5:00 PM EST, it will be processed the next business day.
Sterilized items may take extra 3-5 business days to process, due to the fact these items are sent to a medical center for sterilization.
Shipping Fees
The shipping rates vary depending on the location and order quantity. All orders placed with International Silver are shipped using UPS. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous US states and orders over $400 are shipped for free to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally.
*Courier YRC takes care of the shipment of large piercing displays. The shipping price for those orders is determined on the location and the weight of the package.

Shipping and Payment Policies
- Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges or fees that are applied by your local government. The total cost calculated by International Silver does not include this. Customers that do not wish to pay these fees will have to return the package to International Silver at their own expense.
- Customers who buy from International Silver for the first time are requested to pay by credit card or PayPal. Company checks are accepted for the second and subsequent orders.
- First-time customers are offered the option to pay a $25 deposit, in order to start to process orders. The rest of the balance will need to be paid in full before the order is shipped out. Please keep in mind that we do not refund deposits.
Item Substitution
International Silver has a large stock and strives to keep the wholesale body jewelry collection in all sizes and colors available throughout the whole year. Customers can expect to receive exactly what was ordered as we do not substitute items without permission. Please indicate in the order form whether you do wish us to substitute items and whether other colors or slightly different sizes are acceptable.
Returning Orders
Not satisfied with the order or changed your mind? All orders can be easily returned for any reason - no questions asked. To facilitate a return, simply contact us to request a return authorization number within 7 days after receiving the order. This authorization number is required for all returns. For all canceled orders, a restocking fee of 20% of the total price will be assessed and the remaining amount will be credited in your International Silver account.
