There were a few (very few) times that I ordered a certain size but received a size to small or too large. There have been 1 or 2 times in the years of ordering that dermal bases were not added. Other than that, I love working with your company!

Customer service is excellent. I always deal with Javier and i find the communication with orders, deliveries and tracking numbers to be really good. Delivery from the USA to Ireland is also very quick with UPS and with no hold up issues with customs. I buy regularly from here and will continue to do so. Niall
