Processing Time
Our processing time takes approximately 2-3 business days after receiving the order. All orders placed before 5pm EST are processed that same day; orders placed after 5pm EST are processed the following business day.
If the order was placed with expedited shipping terms (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.), then that order will be prioritized.
However, please be advised that if your order is placed after 5pm EST it will still be processed the following business day regardless of the shipping rate.
Bulk Pricing and Packaging Information
We offer bulk pricing for customers who buy in quantities.
Each bulk breakdown is per item code. You cannot mix and match item codes to meet the quantity to get the discount.
All bulks are made up of an assortment of colors and sizes if applicable.
Size Availability
We are growing our line constantly. Call your sales rep for information on heavy gauges & new items.
• Tongue barbells: 14g unless otherwise stated.
• Belly Bananas: 14g unless otherwise stated.
• Eyebrow jewelry is offered in 16g or in some items 18g, sizes are specified per item.
• Labrets are offered in 14, 16 and in some items 18g, sizes are specified per item.
Payment Terms & Shipping
• Order over $400 and get free international shipping!
• First time orders are payable by accepted credit cards or PayPal.
• We do not add handling charges to your shipping costs. Company checks are accepted after your 2nd order.
We offer the following flat-rate shipping options. These prices apply only to internet orders made through our web store:

Additional Fees and Charges
- International Silver, Inc. calculates shipping costs based on weight, size and transit location and time. If any additional fees are assessed to receive your package, International Silver, Inc. is in no way responsible for the additional charges.
- When shipping outside of the United States your order may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes. These fees are levied once your packages reaches your country. We ship your package to you "duties and taxes unpaid". International Silver, Inc. is not responsible for calculating, collecting or paying the fees that may incur. In order for you to receive your package – these fees must be paid in order to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, contact your local customs office.
Returns
• We do not issue refunds for returns; we will credit your account.
• Returns will not be accepted if you contact us more than 7 days after receiving the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
• Cancelled orders will be assessed a restock fee of 20% of the total dollar amount of the cancelled order.
